Michelle has been married for 29 years and has three children and 4 grandchildren.
After nearly 23 years in business in Tomball, The Silver Strawberry has become more than a typical gift shop. The business has transformed into a resource for students, parents and shoppers looking for unique items for everyday use and special holidays and events!
The owner, Michelle McQuillan offers a variety of boutique clothing for women and kids, jewelry, gifts, school spirit items, home décor and accessories in her brightly colored boutique. The Silver Strawberry opened in 2001 and has been located and moved 13 years ago to our new location right off Tomball Parkway and Baker Drive.
Michelle grew up in the Tomball area and after working in marketing at Hewlett-Packard for over 14 years, she started her own business. After working in the corporate world, putting all of the time and hours in for someone else, I thought hey I can do this and now its turned into a small-town, family owned business!
We have been making homecoming mums for over 13 year and offer back-to-school and school spirit stuff. We make all the mums custom to order and sell supplies to students and parents so they can also make them self. We offer a large display with all kinds of options and try to come out with unique ideas.
We order products from all over the United States, we make some of our products, and also order from talented artists that design and make unique items as well!
In addition to what we offer in our store, The Silver Strawberry specializes in customizing and personalized items. We do custom tees, do embroidery, decals, heat press and bling! We do custom shirts for teams and groups as well.
We love our customers and have been blessed by them to continue to support us. It’s nice because people come in, they need gifts and they can find something for almost everyone.
